A take on a Classic BLT using Al Safa's Breakfast Beef Strips, as a substitute Halal Beef "Bacon"!!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Al Safa's Breakfast Beef Strips
  • ½ tsp Butter
  • 2-3 ¼ inch thick slices of tomato
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices White Bread
  • 2 Lettuce, whole

Instructions

  • Heat skillet on high heat.
  • Add Al Safa's Breakfast Beef Strips and fry on each side. Fry to your desired crispyness. Remove from skillet once complete.
  • Leave grease in skillet, and toast the bread in it on both sides.
  • On the freshly toasted bread, spread butter on one slice.
  • Put the tomato slices on top of the butter.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place the crispy "bacon" on top, followed by the lettuce.
  • Finish off with lettuce.
  • On the second slice of bread, spread mayo on it. Finish assembling sandwich!

  • 1 pkg Al Safa Chicken Tenderz
  • 1 bag Coleslaw Mix
  • ½ cup Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1 pkg Shreadded Cheese

Instructions

Coleslaw Mix

  • Whisk mayo, sugar and black pepper together in a bow.
  • Add a splash of white vinegar and sprinkle with salt. Whisk well.
  • Add in coleslaw mix. Mix well with dressing.

Sandwich Assembly

  • Add mayo condiment on your bun.
  • Layer with Chicken Tenderz.
  • Add cheese and place coleslaw on top.
  • Finish with your bun.

Jambalaya Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg Al Safa's Beef Smoked Sausage, cubed
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 pkg Cherry Tomato
  • 1 pkg Pasta: Mezze Maniche
  • 3 clove Garlic, thiny sliced
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 can Fire Roasted Crushed Tomato (28oz)
  • Cajun/Creole Seasoning to taste
  • 1 cup shrimp
  • cup Grated Parmesan

Instructions

Boil Water for Pasta

  • Boil pasta water and season water with salt.

Preparation

  • Slice both bell peppers and yellow onion into thin strips.
  • Thinly slice 3 cloves of garlic.
  • Cut Al Safa's Beef Sausage into bite size pieces/cubes.
  • Set all ingredients aside to build pasta sauce.
  • At this point, pasta water is boiling. Add in your pasta to boil. By the time the pasta is ready, the pasta sauce will be ready!

Pasta Sauce

  • In a skillet on high heat, add olive oil and sautée the yellow onions. To give a caramelization, do not mix frequently.
  • Move onions to one side of your skillet, add both red and orange bell peppers to the other half of the skillet. To give a little colour/caramelization, do not mix.
  • At this point, salt onions and bell peppers.
  • Once caramelization is building, mix all three ingredients in your skillet.
  • Add in garlic and cherry tomatoes. For more carmelization, sautée for 2-3 minutes before mixing.
  • Create a well in the middle of skillet and add in the Beef Smoked Sausage. Let this carmalize for 4 minutes.
  • Mix well, season with Cajun/Creole seasoning.
  • Add in can of fire roasted crushed tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Add shrimp, and season with more cajun/creole seasoning (seasoning optional).
  • At this point, pasta should be perfecly al dente. Strain all water and add pasta to your pasta sauce. Mix well.
  • Add in heavy cream and grated parmesan, mix well.
  • Once finished, remove from heat, garnish with Cilantro, more cajun seasoning and grated parmesan.

Mint Chutney

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg Al Safa's Chicken Tandoori Samosa
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Jalapeño
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Instructions

Chicken Tendoori Samosa

  • In a pot/deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to medium-high heat.
  • Once oil is ready, drop samosa's in to fry for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Once fully cooked, remove from oil and let excess oil dain.

Chutney

  • Wash and dry cilantro, then add to food processor.
  • Add Fresh Mint Leaves, Jalapeño and salt.
  • Mince ingredients together in food processor.
  • Once all is minced, add in yogurt.
  • Mince/chop to desired consistency.

Finished Product

  • Dip your crispy Al Safa Chicken Tandoori Samosa into your yummy and fresh home made Mint Chutney!!

Tahini Cesar Salad

  • 1 pkg Al Safa's Chicken Tenderz
  • 1 bunch Romain Lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Tahini
  • ¼ cup Water
  • ½ Lemon
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sumac
  • 1 clove Garlic

Instructions

Al Safa's Chicken Tenderz

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Remove packaging, and bake Al Safa's Chicken Tenderz on a baking skeet in middle rack for 18-22 minutes, turning once. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  • Once fully cooked, set aside for later.

Salad

  • Chop, rise and dry romaine lettuce.
  • Squeeze lemon juice into container.
  • Mince garlic.
  • In a bowl, mix garlic, tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, salt.
  • Add water gradually.
  • Build/layer salad on plate, starting with chopped lettuce.
  • Slice Chicken Tenderz and place on top salad.
  • Drizzle dressing ontop salad.
  • Sprinkle with sumac.

Instructions

Mayo Garlic Sauce

  • In a bowl add the following: Mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, hot sauce, salt, dill, garlic, garlic powder, red chilli flakes.
  • Mix well, set aside.

Prepare Al Safa Charcoal Kebabs

  • Remove packaging and microwave Al Safa's Charcoal Grilled Chicken Seekh Kebab for 2-3 minutes until warm throughout.
  • Once fully warmed, set aside for later.

Poori Paratha Kebab Roll Assembly

  • Lay paratha on plate and layer condiments (onions and lettuce).
  • Add 1 Charcoal Grilled Seekh Kebab (or more as desired).
  • Drizzle desired amount of Mayo Garlic Sauce.

  • 3 Ripe Avocados, mashed
  • ½ cup Diced grape tomatoes

  • cup Cilantro, chopped

  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

Al Safa's Angus Beef Patties

  • Preheat BBQ setting all burners to medium (about) 400°F (205°C).
  • Place Angus Beef Patty directly on rack in center of BBQ and close lid.
  • Grill 12 minutes, turning once.
  • Once fully cooked, set aside for later.

Guacamole

  • Mash Avocados in a mixing bowl with a fork.
  • Dice grape tomatoes.
  • Finely chop your red onion.
  • Chop cilantro and jalapeño, with the jalapeño seeds.
  • Add prepared ingredients to mashed avocado.
  • Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Mix all ingredients well!
  • Keep the avocado seed in with the dip to prevent browning. Store in an airtight container when refrigerating.
